The Instructional Coach supports high-quality early childhood education by guiding and mentoring teachers through reflective coaching, classroom observations, and professional development. This role ensures compliance with HB 2729 and TEA requirements while promoting effective, developmentally appropriate instructional practices.
The Instructional Coach collaborates with administrators and program partners to analyze data, model best practices, and lead Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). Through ongoing coaching and training, this position strengthens teaching quality, supports curriculum implementation, and fosters continuous improvement in student learning outcomes.
