The Senior Education Manager invests approximately 50% of work time in the field providing leadership, mentoring, monitoring, and support to instructional coaches that are collectively implementing the instructional and comprehensive services model for the agency. The Manager ensures consistent implementation of high-quality coaching practices across program sites. This educational leadership role serves as a collaborative lead in education matters in early education including Head Start and subject matter expert in early childhood education, supporting continuous quality improvement through data-driven coaching, reflective supervision, and strategic professional development.
The Senior Education Manager builds the capacity of instructional coaches, teachers, and campus directors to improve teaching practices, curriculum implementation to fidelity, school readiness outcomes, and family engagement. Through ongoing observation, guidance, and performance monitoring, this position fosters a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning across all levels of the organization.
