Care for Babies. Support Families. Shape a Child's Brightest Beginning.

There are few opportunities in life more meaningful than helping a child thrive during their earliest years. As an Early Head Start Teacher, you'll have the privilege of caring for infants and toddlers during one of the most important and precious stages of human development—when brains are growing rapidly, attachments are forming, and every interaction helps build the foundation for lifelong success.

This role is about so much more than teaching. You'll become a trusted partner to families, a nurturing caregiver to young children, and a vital part of a support system that helps both children and parents flourish. Through responsive caregiving, meaningful relationships, and intentional learning experiences, you'll help families create strong foundations that last a lifetime.

Why You'll Love This Role

Experience the Joy of the Earliest Milestones From first smiles and first words to first steps and discoveries, you'll witness some of the most memorable moments in a child's life while helping guide their healthy growth and development.

Partner with Families for Success You won't just teach children—you'll work closely with parents and caregivers to support family goals, celebrate achievements, and ensure children have consistent support both at home and in the classroom.

Help Build Lifelong Learners Research shows that the first three years of life are critical to future learning and development. Your nurturing care and responsive interactions can positively influence a child's future for years to come.

Become Part of a Caring, Mission-Driven Team Join a team that believes strong families create strong children and is committed to making a lasting difference in the lives of those we serve.
