$15/hourThe Floater supports classroom teachers in providing a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children. This role assists in daily classroom operations, including guiding children through learning activities, supervising routines, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing materials. The floater works closely with staff to meet the individual needs of each child, ensures active supervision, and fosters positive relationships with children and families. Ongoing training and participation in professional development are required to support high-quality early childhood care and education.
